ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Only misprinted/damaged/defective items may be eligible for returns.

In your email please send us one or several pictures of the product to help us understand the issue. If you claim is justified, you will be eligible to a free re-shippment of the product, with no other indemnity.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been received.
We can't refund orders for buyer’s remorse or change of size/color, since all of our items are manufactured on demand. Please order wisely and do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you need any advice prior to ordering.
PARCELS LOST IN TRANSIT
All claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.
WRONG ADDRESS/UNCLAIMED ITEMS
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or if you fail to claim or accept our shipment, your order will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. You will be granted 21 days after being notified we received your returned order to get back to us with a an updated address and payment for the re-shipping cost otherwise your order will be given away with no compensation or refund.
