Please note that the price of your order and the shipping charges do not include customs duties and taxies. Should your parcel be randomly selected at customs, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. Duty, customs tariffs, taxes, and VAT are set by your country. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by SWAN ABOUT.

SWAN ABOUT is legally required to declare the full value paid on international shipments.
Shipments that are return-to-sender for any reason, including but not limited to refusal to pay assessed duty/taxes on international orders, will not be eligible for a refund on the shipping charges. Additional shipping charges may apply if a returned package needs to be reshipped.
Once we ship to you, we are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen items. Please check with your local post office or delivery company if you have not received your item. We will send you the tracking information once we ship.
